True. As a general, non-partisan observation, I've mentioned before that one the many things I have against VAR is that they seemingly go out of their way to rule out goals for the slightest technicality.
It should be clear and obvious. Every cheslea goal was rightly flagged. The matip one then has to examined as had the ref seen the contact James initiated but vvd wanted to block the ball over, would it be a foul. And if lino has seen vvds massive foot would he call that offside. And finally how can firmino actually jump for a ball, miss it but not be offside.. If its a clear and obvious error then by all.meams police but if its not an error and ref and lino make a call then don't. I would still want reviews given to managers to solely call these.
