I do regard Grieve as one of the least bad Tories, but he ( and all his Party) knew the route they were taking for years and happily either turned a blind eye or lapped up the cash. You're right. They are all responsible, no matter what their position is now!

He's still a Right of centre politico and would probably be happy to rejoin under a new regime. I met him a few times when living in Beaconsfield in 2003 and thought him to be a very moderate Tory. To be fair, he did stick to his 'principles' over Brexit, although his voting record probably doesn't bear close scrutiny.

FIFA a) did nothing b) then told Russia they would have to play games on neutral empty grounds etc which would affect opponents as much, before c) being shamed into banning Russia 3 days later. *And even now they caveat that a deescalation might change the decision! ****ing corrupt ****ing FIFA ****s!
