That would certainly help explain Wood's goal drought, knowing what ACS says he does with those 'voodoo dolls'.
Nah, just giving him minutes when the game was over to keep him happy. He’s not breaking up Schar and Burn. By the way what a signing Burn was, a real moneyball signing.
I’ve watched it a few times and I think it is one of them where the lad didn’t really mean to do any damage but just stepped over the ball and unfortunately stood on Taggarts leg. So it looks bad and probably is a red card but it could have been a leg breaker.
I love this photo. Schar looks like he has either **** himself or he’s doing a Jean Claude Van Damme impression.
Yeah I agree. No malice in the challenge but ultimately it was a dangerous bit of play. Its a strange one though, because its not something I'd like to see people avoid where you try and get your arse in to shield the ball. Its part of the game. I'm not even sure I'd have been up in arms if the ref hadn't red carded him. I think I'd have probably thought fair enough. I can certainly see why the ref interpreted it the way he did. VAR was right in that circumstance. But I would rather have a few **** decisions than the mayhem VAR is causing and the enjoyment its took from the game. I just can't get away with at all. I think the biggest issue of all is the offside side of things. It ****s the game up in so many ways. Players celebrations are ****ed up Play continues on way too long and all the issues that come with that It makes the game so stop start at times its unwatchable I said goal line tech only. But maybe there is a case for dangerous play advice. I definitely think we need to go back to human eye for offsides though for the sake and flow of the game.
