We all loved the attacking flair and dominance of play we used to see , when we were new to premier league it was unexpected but now teams have worked it out we need to change , all managers have a certain length of time , I would like bielsa to stay till the end of season for what he has done for Leeds and if Leeds utd stay up , for Leeds to look for another manager to lead us forward , if we go down then it's a different ball game as we all know how hard it is to come back up and it might be better to keep bielsa if Leeds go down , but I'm still left with the formation 4-1-4-1 when in fact I would like us to be 5-4-1 to make us more solid at the back as we are the 2nd worst defence in the premier league as for bielsa transforming players into better players ? We just lost the last 5 matches and shipped 18 goals against us while only scoring 2 goals its glaringly obvious that the formation is not right and it needs to change what's your thoughts ?

I believe that if everyone does their job well, it makes no difference if teams have worked Leeds out, because they can only stop some of it. The relentless way the Bielsaall works suck the life out of good teams. W saw tla season against City and Liverpool. Hen its slightly off we got spanked by better teams because like for like players were way better than ours. I can accept that and so should all Leeds fans.

This season has been a mare because of injuries and with a small squad of 18 and having up to 12 of them out injured at the same time its impossible to compete. Rather than moan Bielsa got on with it but was now found wanting as he opted to play everyone out of position and stick to fav players like Roberts who was nowhere near good enough. Facts and stats show Joffy was a mile better than Roberts and because he scores goals he should have been fully blooded as Bamfords stand-in, so a huge mistake. Ot using Drameh as Aylings stand-in was another huge mistake because the kid is smashing it down in Wales. Dan James plays as a striker but clearly not a striker, Rodrigo is class but under used, not supported with the right player alongside or when up top not seeing the ball.3 transfer windows wasted for that midfield player.

When it comes out that Leeds could have signed Winks, Van De Beek on loan you ask yourself why he turned them down. Why he refuses to have more than 18 first teamers in the worlds toughest league. Just having 2 more would have helped us no end this season and helped the 23s too as they would have been able to put out 2 of the better players who never get used from the first team bench. It would also have allowed 2 fewer players having to square peg meaning more cohesion.

I do however worry that only having 12 games left to survive isnt long enough under a new coach. I think Bielsa could have saved it, because I checked out the fixtures for Watford, Norwich, Brentford, Burnley and Everton and I think 3 of those will be relegated and Leeds will be clear by the end of March.

If it happens It will be a sad sad day and I class Bielsa as another Revie but in an age where success is measured by how much money a club has. Newcastle spent £100m in January and have just won 4 on the bounce and now above us. The league is won every season by ne of 4 teams

Too reliant on single individuals - KP and Bamford in those '1' positions. Having said that the others haven't chipped in with goals this year and haven't flooded back to defend the same way as last year. We've been too disjointed. When it worked it was sublime, but it needed everyone to be on top of their game. Some of the end to end 6-pass goals would have had journos wetting themselves if it was Brazil or whoever. Man to man marking has to go. WTF was Llorente doing up by their 18 yard box when Spurs had the ball just before their third(?) goal. We have to learn how to use corners and how to defend them.

I agree with some of what you say , but Rodrigo needs to be sold he has had gilt edge chances even against spurs , rounding the keeper and not scoring , the 3 to go down are Norwich, watford and either Brentford, burnley or leeds , Leeds can actually send Brentford down as it's our last game of the season.
