We really have to go on a long unbeaten run now. Last 11 games (with 3 more to follow hopefully) are vital for momentum. No ****ing excuses

What was the second pen given for? Couldn't make it out properly up the other end.

    Hand ball,
Hit one of their defender's out stretched arm - none of our players even appealed

That was fantastic, what a game!

imagine persisting with a tired Doyle when you have a CB like Arby sat on the bench, great debut.

Gooch had McClean exactly where he wanted him all game too. Credit where it’s due for the lad.

Big shout out to the ref today

4 mins stoppage time at end of first half, 8 mins at end of 90 mins. 10 yellows.

Funny how teams time waste every week against us and we somehow only see max 4 minutes injury time at the end of 90 mins. Yet when we time waste and are winning we see 6 minutes plus.

    Great consistency.

It sometimes takes an injury for a player to finally get a chance. We went through the same situation with Sanderson last year when he waited ages to show his worth.

It does make you wonder why Parkinson/Johnson (Sanderson), and Johnson (Xhemajli,Younger), were so scared to give them a single chance. Even from the bench would have been better than nowt.. Its been obvious for a long time that Doyle is burnt out physically and mentally going from U23 football to a full on season in League 1 plus England youth duties.

It feels like its a complete waste of resources and talent within our squad by constantly playing safe and picking the same players instead of given a young lad the chance he deserves.

I only saw the second half - and I'm buzzing, like all of us I hope. I have some thoughts, and they are based on 45 minutes plus highlights.

Patterson is actually becoming our best keeper - certainly for this league. Commands his box, can catch a dangerous cross, and can command his back line.
Matete could be awesome - needs to learn what to do after he has broken up play and beaten 9 opposition players
Pritchard will be key going forward for us, as will Ross Stewart.
Xhemjali - I hope that is an indication of what is to come.
Cirkin - I genuinely think we will struggle to retain him if we are not in the Premireship in 4 years or less.
I would hold Gooch, Neil, and Embleton close to us as they all bring qualities and dynamics that it would be difficult to replace.

Id love to sign Doyle (I know he didn't play) and Broadhead permanently.

Today shows we could have a cracking future
