I wonder where they were when the 14,000 plus were being killed, and many, many more injured due to shelling from the Ukraine on Donbass etc. for the last decade.

 

Perhaps if the west had actually listened and sat around the table years ago, people wouldn't have had to suffer now.

Apparently Putin has only committed 1/3rd of the troops that were lined up on the border so far.

I reckon when he sends the other 2/3rds in, we should take the opportunity to send our lads in and take Moscow while they're all looking the other way.

Whilst I was against the sales on principle I acknowledged the right of tenants to benefit from the policy. It would have been hypocritical to sit in my own house and deny others the right to own. I grew up in a privately rented house ( 7/6d a week, no bathroom) I just thought that the money from the sales should have subsidised the building of replacements.
