@PINKIE I've tried that Barista oat milk, it's ok that. Only thing I really noticed though was the sweetness of it, so reduced the quantity of sugar I put in a mug of hot drink (coffee) from two to one teaspoon, to balance it out. I'm not sure how that balances the benefits, from a health perspective, but certainly a good product in moving away from cow's milk. The change in price per litre works out at around 55p more than for something like Cravendale.
The ridge in the background was today's target, walked 2 miles up from the car park, to find the bridge that crosses the river to start the main ascent has been destroyed, too dangerous to cross without it. Apparently it was there Saturday, according to a local back at the car park.
Yep, that’s the only thing with those plant milks, they do tend to put a fair bit of sugar in them. I think they do some without added sugar. not sure about that oatley one, but the Alpro ones defo do a sugar free one
This is what it says in the carton, genuine question, what's the sugar?... Ingredients Water, Oats 10%, Rapeseed Oil, Acidity Regulator (Dipotassium Phosphate), Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Phosphates, Salt, Vitamins (D2, Riboflavin and B12), Potassium Iodide Dietary Information Free From Milk, Contains Oats, Free From Soya
Ah ok mate, I don't have a clue, but interesting the reason for the sweetness. From what I understand on a Youtube test that's not the sweetest either!
