None off us should underestimate how poor that was. Worst performance in decades ****ing embarrassing.

Even under McCann we weren't lumping balls 40 and 50 yrds to a weak as p1ss forward to try and get on the end of, I don't know what he said to the players as far as tactics but if that was his idea he needs fkn counselling !
Longman is fine, it was one poor performance, Christ. Cartwright, Greaves, Slater and Smith all put a shift in, the rest were poor. Fleming looked rushed a lot of the time, and a lot of the passing from Smallwood/Honeyman/Docherty was woeful. Needed to put Huddlestone in there not Docherty.
Awful, appalling, horrendous, pathetic. I don’t know what arveladze is doing with them but it is certainly not having any sort of positive impact. We looked like a Sunday league side at best.
Sydney... you dont watch them enough if you think Longman is fine.... hasn't been since he put pen to paper... 2/3 goals do not make a player...
Sorry mate it aint one poor performance, he has been crap since he signed permanent and tonight was the worst of the lot. Dont know if its the role he is being asked to do or what but he is a poor replica of the player who was on loan to us.
I must admit, we look worse offensively than we did under Grant. These players aren't world beaters we know that, but I cant believe how bad we look in possession. Letting big Josh leave was an odd decision which is really hurting us now. He wasn't amazing but he got us up the pitch. The lads looked ****ed tonight, Longman has needed a rest for a few games now, Smallwood looked tired Saturday. We just look lost
Smallwood can’t make a simple 5 yard pass to a team mate. That’s only a part of the problem. Huddlestone for passing ability and football retention would/should start every game he’s available for. Put legs around him to do the running for him.
We are a l1 team 100% and I don’t blame shota for that. However we can’t even put a pass together, we create nothing. We can’t play any formation that consists of 1 striker. We don’t have a striker who can play it, we don’t have a team to create multiple chances. We need to overachieve massively and hope we stay up, then hope acun has a war chest to replace 99% of players
We’ve always been bad in possession this season, but not playing your best players in possession in a game you’re expected to have more of it is a criminal call from Shota. Smallwood can’t pass forwards, Honeyman I’m lost for words. Slater should’ve played next to Hudds with either Moncur or Honeyman in front. Players like Quina who they got in January are exactly the type of player we should’ve been after.
I watch plenty ta, Longman has been no worse than any other player the last few weeks, and had our best chance to score against Sheff U. Tonight he was especially poor but so were plenty of others. The confidence of the whole side has completely sapped out over the last few weeks.
Did you watch it? Or are you just looking for an argument again. No one put a shift in, it was a ****e performance from every single player
