best pizzas from a "chain" are Strada & Pizza Express, both as close as you are going to get from a stand alone Italian restaurant. the Sauvignon Blanc (I know it's not Italian) is exceptional in both establishments. Apart from those to go to an actual Italian restaurant .... or Italy!

A small town in lancashire called Colne has one called Carlos. Epic place to eat. Used to be called Carlos II and was a nightclub in the early 90's. Anyone who went to Angels in Burnley would of known about the place.

Spoke to hayes and they follow the same rules the rest do. No credit check, no job. Its optional but if you dont agree to it they just dont offer you work. It shouldnt matter what your personal finances are like. The police do the same thing and claim its because if you have debts you are more likely to take bribes. WTF is that all about?
can understand it with the police... though clearly they dont do it very well as i have had PCO do a runner from a house I let out to her, without paying any bills an she is being chased by numerous companies for money.. One of my best mates works for Reed financial services... Just text him to find out if they do.... An the response is No they dont... So speak to Reed... I also asked if the actual employers do credit checks on the people, he said some do not all.. He said that inhouse accountants for big companies rarely do but an actual accounts quite likely would.
Slight amendment to that, he just rang so loosely explained to him... He basically said that big companies will do a credit check as are less likely to want someone doing their accounts who cant look after their own finances... He said speak to your local Reed office, there is a massive one in Leeds, and apply to small companies with say 50 or less staff as they virtually never credit check people.. hope that helps dude.
