So we're thirteen games in and the only consistent thing about the Gas is our inconsistency.

But, who do you think is the best new acquisition?

I'm torn between Haaaaaarrrold and Lee Brown.

Rocky, Harrold is the better player IMO. He gives more to the team, works hard and wins the ball up top. Though Rendell is a decent acquisition so far by the looks of things, but he’s no Harrold :D

i am only judging on what i saw of harrold in the couple of seasons he was with us,its a mystery to me why we loaned out rendell, maybe he had a falling out with our manager who knows, the only fault i would say rendell has is he is very lazy but give him the ball in the box and he will score more often than not.good luck to him and rovers i hope it works out for both of you.

Cheers Rocky <ok> We havent seen much of Rendell to be fair so he may turn out to be the better player. Either way, both players are decent players at this level

waddock has the backing of the fans and is doing a good job,he has made a few bad signings but is learning his trade.he likes to play football the right way on the deck passing game and not hoofball which is very refreshing after watching the boring and crap defensive stuff we were playing under taylor.i also remember him playing for you lot and looked a decent player as well.

I think Gill is the one who makes us tick. Harrold, Rendell, Bolger and Brown are excellent.

'I think Gill is the one who makes us tick.'

So our tactical genius of a manager puts him at right back last night when he brings on a sub...................................!

I didn't think much of Gill to start with - then when he went off injured at Bradford I realised just how much we missed him. However since his return things have got steadily worse footballing wise and now I don't know who I would chose. Matty H has to get a mention cos he doesn't give up and puts his all into every game - it's just a pity he deosn't get enough protection from Refs. (Last night had the shirt pulled off his back etc - and yet the free kicks mostly go against him!)
