Laughable. Out of a 50,000 crowd, how many does he think deem it ok to try and hit an opponent on the head with a missile? He is part of a sick-minded minority who ruin the experience for so many others. Clubs need to work to weed them out - no-one will miss them.

no idea but it is symptomatic of the young male cohort that go to games and their older but not wiser mentors.

They want it "like it was" a homongenous crowd that look the same (take that how you like), act the same, speak the same and can do what they like.

you can hear the "out of towner hatred, anti female, anti anyone not of the "group" they thing should be at games coming through. sit with the robots.

Apparently zones in grounds, no away player should dare go near as if these guys get offended they should EXPECT, and it be THEIR OWN FUALT that they get pelted with objects, abused in any manner coming to them and of course finally they are spoiling their FUN.

They were talking about it on talksport few weeks ago when I think the Villa players got hit at Everton and made a good point.

Now I know no one should be expecting things to be thrown at them so it’s not excusing the fans.

But if you know it might happen, why run and celebrate in the corner in front of the home fans? They made the point that 30 years ago everyone celebrated in the middle of the pitch in the box etc however it seems like these days you have to go and slide into one of the corners when you celebrate.

If players just celebrated in the middle of the pitch then none of this would be happening.

At home, in front of your own fans sure. If your away and your fans are at the other end, just celebrate in middle of pitch. Simple solution.

Now the cynical view of this was because the cameras are round the edge of the pitch and in the corners so they know they’re going to get their face out there more if they slide that way..

In that case why not a group of these fans turn up round the corner with a group of the other team's fans, knuckle dusters in hand and just kick the **** out of each other. You know, because that's how it always was <doh>

What an absolute thick prat. Unfortunately every club has morons like this. Although imo the Leeds fanbase has more than its fair share. The worst of the lot.

In fairness they hate you most.

It's like the neanderthals at Palace fighting Brighton over some **** in the 79s or something

    Or Millwall fans.

    Or Cardiff v Swansea.

theres a few players to do deliberately goad fans.

but theres also issues with gorunds where away fans are put up high or whatever and that kind of celebration becomes an issue.

Fair point but I know fans of other clubs who feel the same. The mentality of many is like a throwback to Neanderthals.

The women are great though but that's more to do with my misspent youth <whistle>

It is the equivalent of a Sicilian vendetta or the mccoys v the hatfields fueled in the US.

none of the idiots know why they are fighting but god dammit we gotta fight them!!!!

the lunacy of palace v brighton over a few footballing issue like a swap of manager or a dodgy ref causing fans 40 years later being taught that palace fans are scum and need to be beaten up is absolutely stupid.

I mean lets face it, we've heard people talking about bloody canals when talking abut manchester and liverpool FFS.

anyone can understand an everton fan hearing it day in day out every day would be a bit eager to have a right go at LFC on match day but some of this stuff is just lunacy.

just reading on sky about Bruno saying have more identity under ralf and it mentioned how United have picked up 25 points from last 12, only bettered by city. Thought sounded strange given the run we’ve been on. Our last 12 games we’ve got 29 points so someone at sky hasn’t quite done their research.

Our results. 5 on the spin got us back into title challenge just as city have managed to drop 5 points from last 4 games after going in long winning run.

    Norwich 3
    Burnley 3
    Leicester 3
    Palace 3
    Brentford 3
    Chelsea 1
    Leicester 0
    Spurs 1
    Newcastle 3
    villa 3
    Wolves 3
    everton 3

city have taken 31 from last 12

    spurs 0
    Norwich 3
    Brentford 3
    Saints 1
    Chelsea 3
    Arsenal 3
    Brentford 3
    Leicester 3
    Newcastle 3
    leeds 3
    wolves 3
    Watford 3

Which site was this on? I read several Liverpool fan sites and I haven't seen anything like this, in fact it's the very opposite.

Theyre was talking of them wanting to set up "arranged fight areas" years ago and they couldn't understand why they weren't allowed. It's what they want to do and only effects them right?

****ing idiots couldn't understand how easy it would to abuse and it would cost tax payers a fortune when they seek their medical attention through the nhs etc <doh>

I think they want to turn the clock back to the 70's and 80's.

Let's just get the stands back, and leave the ****e in the past!

I see chelsea are fairly strong tonight. I dont see very many anti vaxxers so we are ot at a huge disadvantage next weekend.

    Mendy
    Christensen silva rudiger
    Azpi kante kovacic alonso
    Ziyech havertz pulisic

    Lukaku
    Jorginho
    Werner on bench

Is mount injured or a scumbag?
