When is the draw, and who would you like to get? A winnable home draw against someone like Palace (not a "gimme" but you know what I mean ) Or a money spinning away game at The Emirates or Sold Trafford? Gold or glory? In an ideal world we would get through the next round and then get the plum tie, but that doesn't happen to Cardiff does it
Saturday 29th October to be played week commencing 28th November - and anyone away so that I wont feel guilty about not going to watch it. Seriously though, a Big Prem side at the CCS would be fantastic.
Lets have Manure. Darcy at the back to bottle up Rooney. No problem. Preferably away as Old Trafford is only about 25 miles from me. I might get to see a game. I could watch a glory tie and be a real plastic. I'd make my own prawn sandwiches.
Thinking about it I'd rather save the fixture against Manure for the final Mind you I'm not sure that I could stand the worry about which Europa ties to go and watch next season
To be played week commencing 28th November. That means our visit to the 3 Point Arena (Coventry) will be rescheduled for the New Year. I would prefer an away day at Manure, Man City or Everton - not been to any of those grounds before.
All Prem left bar 2 Champ sides so we'll probably draw Palace Liverpool @CCS would do for me (if they get passed Stoke)
I've spoken to Utd fans about that day, and they had a rude awakening, they were the BIG club that had been relegated, and they couldn't believe it.....they thought they were going to steamroller the "little" clubs both on and off the pitch (fair play they did a decent job ON the pitch ) I remember talking with one guy an old school "Stretford Ender" about that game and asked him who he thought had "won" the battle that day...........his words not mine " I don't give a **** who won, I just know I was glad to get home alive, I have never been so scared at a football match in my life" and this from a guy who has followed Utd all over Europe...........including a couple of trips to Turkey, OK it's nothing to be proud of............is it
They probably won't beat Stoke but I'd second that. Any home will be good, but we're due an away draw.
True. Stoke are no mugs at home though I've no affiliation to Liverpool whatsoever. It's purely just to see Bellamy at club level for probably the last time (unless of course we get promoted)
Covenrty away brought forward a week to 22nd November. http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10335~2494589,00.html
