BBC pundits Id like to think the players have passed that round between themselves. Cant see klopp pinning it in the dressing room tbh just doesn't seem the type.
In fairness, klopp knows that its all just distracting form the task at hand. If you need motivation to do the job you are already ****ed. esp if you are thinking about trash talk before a game. You need to execute the scientific plan and put the running in to win so listning to noice doesn't help.
well the scum bag bring up heysel and having a whinge about his club "missing out" is a bit rich. nothing to do with blaming us as we need to see the responsibility of fans that day but the actually lack of empathy for those who lost their lives is typical. the fact is a lot of bad stuff was going round europe and this was the tragedy that finally stoked action. No club should feel hard done by in England at all and frankly the victims should be no 1 thought always. There were several terrible incidents in the run to that that day. I quote 10 days prior to the game in the times. "British football was in crisis: a slum sport played in slum stadiums and increasingly watched by slum people, who deter decent folk from turning up” People often forget the Bradford fire happened a month before with 56 deaths. bitterness to the nth degree. Its evertons fault that they didn't exploit 1992 onwards and the oodles of cash coming into the game. Its evertson fault they didn't kick on at all as a club when all seater game in its evertons fault they didn't kick on from the moyes pick up in mid 00s. reached CL, lost play offs ,were never seen again. Its everton's fault they are so ****e now and back biting at own players and having a ****E atmosphere. They remind me of villa for final 5 years prior to relegation. the negativity there was absolutely horrendous. It needs to become a good day out again not looking over the park. go have a booze up and back your team and stop whinging in your own echo chamber.
Its mental some still blame Heysel for thier fortunes now tbh it's laughable really if not for the subject. 27 years of watching us crack on must be hard tho
yeah but they were even "more successful" in the 1990s given they won the FA cup in 1995 compared to our League cup 96. It really is a case of "we are **** but so are they, so thats alright then" rather than kicking on. I'd not mind but they won the league in 86/87 and reached two FA cup finals (lost to us of course) so rally its hard to actually understnad why "hysel" actually caused them to be ****. I couldn't comment o nthat really as they were **** before kendall and **** after so surely its about their own decision making not the inability to win in europe to attract players that didn't actually come to england back then anyway. thinking rationally, not having the European cups this lad seems to think were their automatic right doesn't seem to have done them much harm given villa and forest have suffered multiple relegations and one of those clubs is Stoney broke and has been in championship for donkeys.
Rather than laugh at lukaku I thought we could be practical and see a few ways tuchel could help him thus weekend. A) concede 3 goals? That would at least assure the poor lad of 4 touches so an instant boost. B) let him take throw ins. That might get him as many as 5 touches. C) put him on corners. That might get him 3 or 4 i suppose. D) let him retrieve the ball after werner kicks it out? Probably 20 touches there on its own.
I would have been happy with Chris sutton's If I were a pundit and mark lawrenson got it better than me I would resign
Bit annoying Roman ambramovich has started wwiii to avoid playing us in the league cup final bit I suppose this is the price football pays by letting Russians buy up clubs.
Will be interesting to see if UK places any sanction on Russia ... will make Roman's investment / involvement in Chelsea very tasty ... the latest numbers I saw is that Chelsea owe £1.5bn to Roman.
he is an Israeli now. if the uk fail to seize assets of the russians who own half of london (not just RA) then it will show exactly who runs the sow.
RE: Fans throwing objects etc. this comes form a particualr site where "real" aka match going fans disucss football this is a Liverpool fan btw" "If you go to a gig and make your way to the mosh pit then expect to be jostled ,same goes for attending football matches if your expectation is for fans to curtail their passion or not to react to any measure of tribalism or baiting then please stay clear and sit with the other f*cking robots. Football and the game in general will be fine without you ,just leave us supporters to support in the manner we've been doing since the year dot" This kind of attitude shows why fans will be behind fencing and plexiglass. One fan said the people who hit players a while back were idiots and most of the site jumped all over them saying it was fine and to be expected. The comment above is in relation to the man utd kid getting hit but an object.
It’s effectively the same as working for apple, walking past a Samsung office and someone lobbing a coin at your head. Anyone that thinks that’s acceptable is a moron and should probably be either locked up or in a mental hospital getting help
