Off Topic Petrol Stations

Cue: "As a pedestrian, I now like to take great pleasure in hanging around junctions putting doubt into a driver's mind when turning left. It makes some of them go beetroot red with rage..."

 

A few days ago, while Chaos was walking to the local petrol station to do his mothly shop, he decided to have some fun by pretending to cross the road as cars were trying to turn...

 

I knew it wouldn't be long...

 

Here’s another one that breaks my chill factor.

People who press traffic light buttons to cross when there are literally no cars on the road at that time.

You drive up to the red traffic light and notice there isn’t anyone within 100 yards of the bastard things.

So you knock over the next person out of frustration on the assumption that it was them (and most likely wasn’t).

 

What’s this??
A new rule ? Cos people are too busy checking their phones to actually bother to check for traffic?

 

My favourite one is where people stand at the side of the road waiting for a gap in the traffic to cross.....and they are quite literally 10 yards away from a pedestrian crossing, absolute ****ing melts. I love shouting at people from the safety of my car, its a sort of therapeutic release for me in some respects !!

 

I was did that to someone and the traffic light in front went to red. So I had to suffer with the wife and kids in the car whilst this beast of a man was banging on my driver side window.

I just looked forward and ignored him which made him try and kick my car as I drove off.

 

Here in Turkey they have lads that fill your car for you old school style. You pay them at the pump. Classy!

 

Do they give the windscreen a quick wash as well? 《Business idea》

 

Strange that. Recently, I had some genuine dosser sound his horn for no reason at me. Funny thing was we were next to traffic lights and yes they turned red and I caught up to him…

 

Yes they do. And a friendly wave and say safe journey. Very civilized.

One of my favourites is when someone kindly stops to let you cross.. I deliberately look at my phone and walk as slowly as I possibly can without acknowledging their kind gesture at all.. It gets them every time
