Blimey. Fake news rears its head from unexpected source.

It was hammering down before and during the Fulham game. Either that or my windscreen washer button is stuck on.

It wasn’t drizzle, mate. I was piss-wet through just walking from Walton Street car park to the ground.

Difference is they have plenty of grass on their pitch. Ours doesnt. Why pretend theres nothing wrong and the state of our pitch is just natural after a bit of rain. Theres either something seriously wrong with the technology (grass system, drainage system, light system or whatever) or it's all been badly neglected in recent months - I would put money on the latter.

I wasn't arguing that the pitch wasn't waterlogged. It was. The point is it's surprising that it got that bad, because it really wasn't that much rain in the scheme of things. In the past we've had downpours where you could barely see the players through it but the surface has held up OK. The Fulham game absolutely wasn't any sort of extraordinary rainfall.

After the eggies have destroyed the pitch. Perhaps they'll transfer the content of Brid beach to the MKM. Club are asking fans to be in their deckchairs early. Wind cheaters can also be hired.

I scanned through it quickly, as it amused me to note he never took a blind bit of interest in the events on the pitch. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

His editor does that. He's coining in thousands of pounds a month via Google adsense, and merchandise sales.
