The O2 arena now looks a bit sad. Didn't realise the SE was going to cop it. Mate in Wiltshire has lost half of his roof. The tiles coming off have smashed everything in the garden plus his fences. They're weighty bastards.
Lol. Fun down here, though we're unscathed. RAF Brize Nortons new hangar is now kaput (not far from my mates place where he lost his roof). M4 closed due to multiple HGVs blowing over.
Know what you mean, Este. Great ain't it? Mind you, 20oC is a bit on the cold side!! That's winter to us.
Formula 1 engines, admittedly with a lot of development, can produce prodigious amounts of power from a relatively small engine. There has to be a better way.
It'd be nice if there was some more common sense amongst protestors based on facts. My car has a big diesel engine but is fairly new and is Euro 6 compliant. Gets it exempt from the London and other cities ULEZ. However, some can't seem to understand that.
Anyone know the latest case numbers of trees and wheelie bins that have blown over in the latest catastrophe to hit us I missed the msm news this morning? We've had Dudley and Eunice in the space of a few days, have the experts predicted another variant anytime soon, if so what name will they call it, the latter two names aren't very diverse maybe it should be called Leroy or Muhammed , all for the sake of diversity of course.
On the news they said the next one will be called Franklin. My spelling may be incorrect though, it might be Frank-Lynne as it doesn't know what gender to be
There was some dozy twat on LBC radio saying we should have lockdowns when it gets windy because people are afraid
...and so they should, it's scary out there! Least our wonderful emergency services were on hand to keep us safe-
