JT is as thick as they come but I'd be surprised if even he said something racist considering the uproar about the Evra/Suarez incident. But, I could quite understand him shouting 'you black ****'. Is that actually a racist comment? It seems factually correct to me. Anton is black and he most certainly is a ****. It's not like JT said 'you n****r ****' or 'you spade ****', which would have been out of order. We are getting far too precious about language in this country. There is not a white man over 30 in this country that hasn't said someone is a black ****. If you called me a white **** I wouldn't consider it racist. This is front page news because there are no wars or famines anywhere to report, obviously. Get a ****ing grip.
Are you Chelsea fans just as dumb as John Terry, to agree with this clown Zinc Alloy. Regardless of wether Anton Ferdinand is a **** or not. Calling him a black ****, is calling him a **** because he is black, not because he is just a **** in general. Obviously a White person doesn't find being called a White **** as offensive, and that is because White people havent experienced the same racial discrimination as black people have throughout history. Some of the younger black people may not have experience any racial discrimination, but I guarantee there parents and grandparents did, so it's obviously a far more sensitive matter for them, than it is for us. If John Terry is found guilty of this, I realy don't see how he can continue playing. There is no way the England squad will accept him, and I'm sure plenty of the Chelsea squad wouldnt want to play with him. Ive never understood why we allowed this guy to captain the country, from day 1 he's been a nightmare. From laughing at American people the day after 9/11, to having an affair with a team mates wife. Innocent until proven guilty, although if he is guilty of it then he is a ****, and no mistake. Having seen the footage, it does look like the words "blind ****" followed by "****ing nobhead" but I am not a professional lip reader. The FA and the police are looking into it following a complaint from the public, which could quite easily be anyone who doesn't like him...even you! And get your facts straight...he is alledged to have had an affair with a team mates ex girlfriend...I am amazed that you focus on the team mate and aren't in the least bit concerned of the impact on his wife and kids.
Sorry Zinc - totally disagree. Well I agree to an extent - people are far, far to precious about race issues nowadays. If i have a group of people in front of me, 6 are white and 1 is black, I dont think it remotely racist or even marginally controversial to refer to the black man as 'the black man.' It is a statement of fact, and not remotely different to referring to somebody as 'the giner guy' or 'the scottish girl.' The fact that, even these days, people are still precious about the use of the word 'black' as a description of a person is a bit ridiculous. I dont extend the same opinion to calling somebody a 'black ****.' This is using the word black to exaggerate the insult. Like being black makes somebody more of a ****. I would personally consider that a racist comment. If I was surrounded by black men and one of them called me a white **** i would absolutely consider it a racist comment. Regarding John Terry - I think its more than likely that all sorts of insults were exchanged between him and Ferdinand during that game (as between all players in all games) but I am also pretty sure if anything racist was said it would have been logged as a formal complaint by ferdinand himself. A non story bigged up by bored journalists who have filled 2 pages talking about the manchester derby and need something else to bang on about.
Its all a non starter really, I agree with SW6's probable lip reading explanation. For a start if JT did say that don't you think all the black players wouldn't have jumped down his throat immediately? Ash who was standing right next to him and made no reaction to any comments. As SW6 say's this is just bollocks from bored journo's and QPR's part in this has been deplorable too as they have sought to big up their very fortunate referee assisted win by hanging it out to dry but what else would you expect?

John Terry was the best man for the job then and probably is now albeit he is coming to the end of his tenure through age. The lies about 9/11 were designed to malign him as your have with your brainless belief of those lies. Yes JT is a **** at times and was out drinking with three other team mates and being young they were all drunk and laughing not at 9/11 but because they were drunk. As SW6 say's Terry's affair is only alleged as the mail on Sunday and Daily Mirror have issued apologies. So please go and be small somewhere else

Was wondering how long it would take for this to show up on our board. Obviously I'm inclined to side with Terry, and unless there's conclusive evidence to the contrary, that's where I'll be staying. I know everyone loves to vilify him, but some of this stuff is just ridiculous.
Everyones quick to crucify him without even hearing what Anton has to say, some people are so pathetic it's unreal
