What I’m saying is that Levy would have sanctioned those transfers. He’s clearly had more than a hand in spurs transfer policy as he’s restricted both Poch and Conte from adding the players they want. He’s also been directly involved in the transfers of Modric and he tried to prevent him from leaving, in the same way he’s done with Kane. It’s probably why he brought in Patrici, to try and get more value from the transfers as his management of it has been so ****. But he’s now telling Patrici and Conte that they need to get more out of the players they have. He’s very much a chairman who is directly involved in the transfer side of the club
well according to the actual Spurs fans those players were Poch demands and he turned down other options to get them . Of course a Chief exec has a part to play in sanctioning transfers but that is to do with finance rather than who to purchase / sell .

I would say from the outside and not looking at the spurs fans who like to spin things pro levy (really i don't think anyone knows) but the likes of aurier, moura, bergwijn stink of levys fingers. Ndombele, lo celso look like poch and sessegnon is probably a combination of the two.
