First of all, you've quoted a link from The Mirror - hardly a reliable source. Second of all, I think this has been blown completely out of proportion. It's a bit of gamesmanship, like timewasting and no one seems to kick up a fuss about that.
It doesn’t matter if the FA monitor it, how can you prove a player doesn’t need treatment? Everton know what they need to do, to stop it - no tackling after the 60th minute. Something the FA could look into is the use of snipers, by the so called big clubs.
I’m puzzled as to your continual hostility towards Dan Sheldon, who is one of the more reliable football reporters. I think we’re fortunate to have him as the dedicated Saints reporter on the Athletic. The original article in that publication quoted Lampard thus:

I’m saving so many posts for the end of season “Worst Post of the Season” awards. I thought that we had a clear favourite in “Defund the academy because the children aren’t winning” with an outsider in “Armstrong is better than Edouard because he plays in the Championship” but since then we’ve had “Ralph Out/Rafa In!” and now this! Marvellous work everyone. Truly, this is a golden age of silly internet opinions.
