Unfortunately when it comes to blaming management it always seems difficult to put names to the wrongdoing. Just reading the book by Nick Wallis , astonishing incompetence and arrogance from the post office ,they even tried to remove the judge from the case when he didn't agree with them , the auditors that they employed started to find evidence against the computer programmer so they started to discredit them
