I guess the players were getting a bit tired as we'd had no reinforcements in January and it was a relatively young squad at its core..

Anyway it's all ancient history now I'm not sure why some are getting so worked up by it. There's a lot of he said, he said that comes with it that will never be conclusively be proven one way or the other.

Yes I recall at the time being quite uneasy about the sacking but then thrilled by the Bruce appointment. I thought surely I'd been wrong and the Allams actually were brilliant owners after all! Guess I was wrong on that one.

 

This is an old argument and does it really matter ? The facts are the Allams backed Bruce massively in the transfer market. It paid off for a while then it backfired. They were some of the best times the club have ever had. But pick it to pieces by all means.

 

They were both ends of the spectrum in truth. If you take the good stuff in isolation they were great, you take the bad in isolation they were utter ****s.

In reality they were both. Move on.

Why not just let them have their own thread where they can flirt with each other to their hearts content.

 

That's been tried a few times. It creates more upset at being 'dictated to' and they don't stick to it anyway, and just bring their 'agenda' on to other threads.

My patience is running very thin.

 

I would hope all 'agendas' are dealt with. It's very frustrating engaging with a discussion and having people play the man because of their own personal agendas.
