I saw someone expressing a view on Putin the other day and it went something like this....

1. Russian money to infiltrate the British government is good.

2. Russian money for any other reason, then you are a traitor to Russia.

Which of those two categories does Roman Abramovich come under?

 

He's obviously managed to keep Putin sweet, up to now. No dodgy doorknobs or radioactive vodka shots for Roman; not yet, anyway.

 

Mate it's all been a play. Russia has had troops and armaments there for 7 years. All of a sudden they're going to invade?

Russia put troops there as a show of strength in response to NATO's presence. Trump was there for 4 of those years so nothing happened. Tbf at least he didnt play into this bollox. Once Biden was back it's about how they deal with all those troops. So they simply started a media campaign bcos most folk just buy whatever's fed to them. And they called Putin's bluff. If at the end of it they can have their forces in there as well it's a strategic win.

So first it was Russia was going to invade Wednesday.
Then Biden changed it on Wednesday to Russia will invade in several todays.
Today it's windy in the UK and no one cares about the Ukraine.
