    Clearly not a party.

    Clearly a work meeting.

As long as you're jabbed you'll be fine. I wouldn't recommend without a jab, wasn't fun.

Sorry to hear that. Good news is if there's anyone you don't like you can lick their faces and get them sick now.

Should have asked me first, I'd have told you not to bother.

Hope you're ok and get over it soon.

Effects people differently. Know plenty of people that are and aren't jabbed that's had it and generally the jabbed ones have been worse

think the only real difference is that jabbed folk are much less likely to get seriously ill particularly when underlying conditions are taken into account .

Headache, fever, cold, a bit of throatache. No couch as yet. But ibuprofene and sleep helps a lot.

I never realised it came with free furniture. This could bankrupt DFS, they had better have a sale and quickly!

I think he means the wife sends you to Coventry so she doesn't get it.

I had all those symptoms (all mild though) but the cough came later. Been negative for ten days now but definitely on my chest still; get out of breath much quicker and my recovery is slower too.

BREAKING: In a last ditch attempt to save their season, Man Utd have dug up the pitch to plant potatoes. That way they'll have something to lift in May.

Over 40 years old... All my life have had migraines. My parents have migraines, my grand parents had migraines. My siblings have migraines.

So the intense head and eye pains I've always had, I've always assumed were migraines. Even my doctor's have said "yeah thats a migraine". Always treated them as migraines (even though the medicine has always been largely unhelpful so usually I don't bother to take it, I just take normal pain pills because they're so much cheaper and equally ineffective).

Today, I had a migraine for real. Very different to what I normally have... Very creepy with all the jagged flashing lights in my vision... That's absolutely not what I normally get... Even the head pain was very different. Much less intense and not centered behind the eye.

I've wondered for a while if what I get are actually cluster headaches not migraines. Experiencing my first migraine I am completely sure that's not what I normally get... Very different. Migraine wasn't pleasant for sure, but nothing like the searing pain feeling like someone had just shoved a red hot poker in your eye.

You lot probably don't care, but the migraine freaked me out for a moment, thought I was having a stroke or something. <laugh>. Feel kind of giddy and relieved now. Just weird going my entire life thinking I have migraines and then finally experiencing one... As unpleasant as it was, if that was a migraine, I'd take that over what I now assume are my cluster headaches any day (unless I'm driving at the time <laugh>

TLDR:. Spooky as hell getting your first migraine in your 40s and not expecting vision to get messed up.

    Course we care.

Now go and apologise to your family for not realising how much pain they were in ;)

Actually I assumed they were in more than they were. What I normally get (assuming now it's a cluster headache) is so much worse than migraines... Unless my migraine was just a light one. They need to apologise to me for making me think they were in worse pain than the were. <laugh>
