Fair enough, they do down here in Aussie rules - we have stoppage coaches, forward coaches, midfield coaches etc. and they all work under the direction of the head coach.
Dean Windass blew his chances last time. Great player for us but in his last role at the club he did let him self down because he just couldn't help himself being Deano. Ehab gave him plenty of chances and eventually the club just let his contract run its course. He's Hull City through and through and no-one could deny that but he just wasn't cut out for the suit and club tie role he landed himself. I don't know the Nick Barmby situation but hatred is a horrible word and for someone to harbour those thoughts for so long reflects badly on their character, .
Aye, they made a right twat of him publicly and denied him any chance of returning under their management in any role. Damn right he shouldn't forgive them.
Horrible word hate or hatred and if that truly is or was Barmby's mindset then he needs to lighten up and move on,life's far too short to dwell on the past. It's a great shame that Deano can't make the grade as an ambassador because liked or loathed he is a huge part of our history.
Surely if life is too short to dwell on the past, removing yourself from a situation where you are unhappy is the best thing to do? Isn't that what Barmby did?
Sounds like a familiar habit at Hull City AFC...Half our support removed itself from the situation, the situation has changed dramatically and the mass return hasn't developed?
So it wasn't just a cost cutting exercise implemented by Allam where a number of people lost their jobs?
Well if I was one of these fans waiting to see developments before coming back maybe I wouldn’t be too impressed? not that I am I go with five players employed by the club
Nobody mentioned development when they said they'd return on Allams departure, the be-all and end-all was a new owner,we have one.The big development would be a return to the Premier League..
