KLP has been outstanding and is keeping us in the game with his speed and control. We have had a couple of decent chances despite being outplayed in midfield. You never know, we could get something out of this game yet.
Unfortunately, unless we take one of these chances, I think they'll eventually break through. If we score first, they'll bottle it. If we don't, I think their £20m striker will put one away.
sky commentator just said we arguably have had the better chances to take the lead. which is surprising because he has been very biased. they play cultured football and we are more direct .... despite showing quite a fair amount of skill from klp in particular
Lots of individual errors, but collectively, they've done good.... but it seems gone are the days of 27 passes for a goal....
And the players too - back to their old Warnock and Trevor Hockey / Woodward ways - the last bit is for me and Ulrika
Pretty much. If we score first, their fans will get on their back and whinge and moan. If they score first, it will be a lot like Saturday when Mitrović scored.
Weathered the early storm, grew into the game, KPL really having a blinder. Forss should have scored again though.
After a difficult start we got back into that and really should have tested the keeper more at least, think we need a bit more of a presence up front, Forss is just getting bullied off it. KLP looks right up for it tonight, playing really well.
