if so they’d announce it as such now, surely. This latest revelation was intended to put fans minds at ease, if there was any mitigating “better” news, they’d be telling us.
I am assuming here that the chuckle brothers just will not sell. I always thought that they were holding the club to ransom throughout most of their majority holding time here. They are still clinging on it seems, and whether people agree or not about Keane, you can easily see why he would have baulked at having anything at all to with those two. Certainly my lads bought STs on the assumption that Donald and Metvhen were all but completely sidelined, and maybe they aren't.

I thought they would have no involvement as we were originally led to believe he was the majority shareholder and he would make all the descions with 50 plus % of the shareholding . I was aware that madrox still had shares but were just waiting for a pay out when promotion was achieved
Why would he buy any shares if they are clinging on? He might aswell have took his money and bought another club! As I said on another thread as Storey been on twitter yet? Pretending he is the bastion of truth, despite being called anything but in court over that f1 thing.

If him and Sartori are so inclined they could cause problems for KLD.
Voting shares is absolutely the key. Sartori could not legally hold any voting shares in the club on his run for presidency. He kept the financial aspect but had to relinquish the rest. If this is still the case, the kld owns at least 51.25% of the voting shares. there’s a lot off grey areas in that statement most of which none of us will ever know. So there’s a possibility that he still owns that controlling share and none of the stuff released was factually incorrect. I am just guessing of course. on the other hand, if Sartori is on his side and gas retaken just voting shares, then there is still no issue. personally it doesn’t bother me.
It’s still misleading the supporters, it’s still lying to the supporters. I’m very pro KLD and this is a kick in the teeth. All this transparency that was spoken about was a load of bollocks
If so they’d tell us that. This was their chance to tell us something to allay fears. They haven’t told us, so there isn’t any better news (at the moment), clearly.

Why? They weren’t asked that specifically. This also may be a part of the NDA which is in place. None of us know in reality, it may be that Dreyfus and Sartori are in cahoots and the other 2 can the foxtrot Oscar. Or that the voting shares are correct at 51% (as I’m almost certain that’s what did the rounds originally) so why would that have changed in a year?
