Match Day Thread Burnley v Liverpool

I’m curious why Weghorst , who for the last 6 years has been scoring 1 in every 2 games for Alkmaar and Wolfsburg would go to a **** team like Burnley? I know money talks but still , a team bottom of the premier league who have won 1 in 21. I’ll be glad when Dyche and his crap football team are out of the Premier League

 

Ref and VAR obviously want to give Burnley some pts here.

 

Must be on a massive increase in wages and like the poor lad who was going to cardiff its a shop window if nothing else.

A year in the championship is probably worth far more in wages than staying where he was.

How this guy hasn't been quietly retired by now I dont know.

What I do know is he rarely gets televised games any more and probably for good reason

We are just doing barely enough

Linesman let's player run, potentially injured the keeper and then flags even though he is 5 miles offside because the move must be completed.

Some day a keeper will take a kick or a keeper will pull a pickford knowing he can kill a forwards career.

 

Zut alors, have we mentioned how awful the offside flag rules are this year. Just flag it for goodness sake.

 

We are so **** at breaking on sides and scoring at this point.

It used to be a strength but we really either miss totally or get caught up with.

 

How long can Atkinson add on here?
