Is it a bad time to point out that Wolves could not score against the 10 men of arsenal for over 20 mins but scored 2 against our 11 men in less than 20?
Wolves are the worst team to concede to because once they go ahead, it’s hard to come back. They defend with their bodies on the line and are generally a very well-drilled, compact side. I always hate playing them and am not looking forward to playing them in 2 weeks, either.
Yes It’s been awful, though. Wolves showing more intensity and aggression and purpose on the ball at 2-0 up and cruising than we’ve mustered in 45 minutes of chasing shadows. Bentancur has had a couple of nice passes forward but that’s literally the only bright spark, nobody is performing well.
There was but not as much as there should have been. We have no confidence and Lloris flapping away has just killed the game after 20 minutes

Big second half now or the season is in serious danger of being derailed. Need to cut out the errors and bring a lot more intensity to the game.
To be honest this just proves how bad our squad is and how badly we wasted money in the summer of 2019. Clarke (£10m) Sessegnon (£30m) Ndombele (£55m) Lo Celso (£42m) and all 4 massive, massive flops. We have sold good players (Trippier, Dembele, Eriksen) and either not replaced them or brought in flops and this is the result. It's our 3rd season of poor football and results. Frustrating but very clear what the problem is and what the dilution is.
