I can remember an experiment carried out on 3 groups people a few years ago I group eat only meat for a month I group eat only fruit for a month I group eat only vegetables for a month The people were health checked before and after and the conclusion were that over a long period of time the ones eating only meat or fruit would die and the ones only eating vegetables could survive but would be weaker unless they could artificially replace the vitamins etc that were in the meat and fruit diets The easiest way to eat healthily is a mixed diet with meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, BUT progress has been made since then in providing supplements to ensure a vegan or vegetarian diet can work The latest evidence is we should eat less red meat, more fish and more fruit and vegetables to be healthy I now have red meat once or twice week, fish three times a week and quorn based twice a week Chilli Con Carne or Spam Bol

Strangely enough one of the alternatives to meat are worms and insects so we would be eating them instead of them eating us
Just another example of why veganism is wrong. Didn't Jesus describe himself as a fisherman (or more precisely a fisher of men)? Did he not have fishermen as deciples? I believe this is (not directly) an indication that we should eat fish. On the same lines he often mentioned shepherds and even described himself as one, these are people that guard the flocks to keep them safe for us to eat, another sign that we are not meant to be vegans. To top it all off we have had incisors for hundreds of thousands of years, we weren't given them to grind leaves with.
