I think Neil will turn us around and do well for us, I’m not sure at all that process will start with this game.

    HA'WAY THE LADS MACKEMS ATTACKEM

Hopefully we get a new manager bounce now. Probably the best time against Wimbledon. I wasn't going to do this again through apathy and superstition but fook it. Lets get back on track with a win. If Roy Keane hadn't been in the running I'd of probably been more excited about Neil. Who knows, he could be just the fit we need.

AFC Wimbledon is an English professional football club, based in Merton, London, which has played in League One, the third tier of the English football league system, since winning promotion in 2016. The club's home stadium is Plough Lane.

The London Borough of Merton is a borough in south-west London, England. The borough was formed under the London Government Act 1963 in 1965 by the merger of the Municipal Borough of Mitcham, the Municipal Borough of Wimbledon and the Merton and Morden Urban District, all formerly within Surrey.

    Famous people from Merton/Wimbledon.

Oliver Reid, hell raising pìsshead Actor, mad as a box of frogs. Funny as fook, great character. :D

Mick Talbot. Former fuzzy haired member of crap mod band "Merton parkas" and member of the style council with Paul Weller.

    David Walliams of little Britain.
Swam the channel and is on one of those shìt "Britain's got no talent x fooker ****e" programs. Says he's not gay

Steve-O, born Stephen Gilchrist Glover, jackass lunatic.
    Yes he's a Brit .

Alan Pardew, ex mag bastids manager.

Aishah Sinclair. Actress I think. Fook knows.

    Victoria Stilwell. Doggy person.
(Dogs thinkin, mmm ah can smell fish)

Davina McCall. Gobby tv personality tart. (On last weeks match thread kissing another split arse)

Sunderland managers usually start with a defeat so I'll stick to my prediction of a home win.

It certainly does. The appointment wasn't handled well but it's time to put all of that aside for another day. We get back to business on the pitch today and 3 points is all that matters. Ha'way the Lads and Ha'way Alex Neil, welcome to SAFC.

Alex Neil was helping out at Crewe earlier this season. I think he was there when they played Wimbledon away. He might be a lot more savvy for this game than a day would normally allow.

On the 11.24 to Paddington, a few Sunderland on board including some without tickets ...

... our support is top class.

I expect us to get off to a really quick start and keep at it all match whether we're ahead or not.

3-1 to Sunderland and the first goal for Defoe ...

    ... Haway the Lads!!!

This is a great test for our new manager. The only problem I see is that we haven’t got a defence. But if Sir Alex can get the little boys at the back organised then I’m sure we’ll score more than them.
Hopefully the winning streak starts here. :1980_boogie_down:

We've had the worst defence since Prince Andrew claimed he was incapable of sweating ...

... but we certainly have good defenders.

    As Eric Morecambe would say

"All the right players, just not necessarily in the right order."
