Lampard isn't a good manager IMO, Everton took him on for his name I reckon. I really think we can beat these. There I've said it.
In saying that Brizzie, I thought Lorente was slow to close down for one of their goals and Kilch was caught out as well, although TBF it was Ayling getting turned that ****ed us up.
Ayling did some good stuff - that nutmeg when he was in the right hand corner (that Pablo Tweeted about) was great, but he's lost a lot of pace. Once he was turned he couldn't catch up.
Don't get me wrong I've always liked Ayling, but some of their goals could have been avoided. I really think we could have nicked the three points and also should never have lost to the Geordies. But that's History now, a nice win against Everton would be great.
Everton are a shambles as a club, and to think their supporters actually campaigned to get Fragile in as manager ... I really hope Donny and Delle start, Leeds will run all over those two all day long the only change I can imagine Bielsa making will be to bring Forshaw in for Klich or Koch ... Bielsa being Bielsa he will probably start the same eleven again if everyone's fit Everton are at home, this is a MUST WIN game for them ... Fragile talked up the Newcastle and Leeds games as his big focus, targeting six points from these two ... well, he's half way to zero, and therefore Everton can't "do a Newcastle" and sit deep with eleven men behind the ball hoping to grab something from a set piece ... they will have to attack Leeds from the off, so expect an open game like the Villa one, with the difference being that Everton are nowhere near as good as Villa, even with their new signings if Leeds are focused and flying, they can stick four past Everton and batter them ... Raphinha will be the key to destroying Everton or it being a close game ... Frank's in for a miserable afternoon, great to see
"the only change I can imagine Bielsa making will be to bring Forshaw in for Klich or Koch ... Bielsa being Bielsa he will probably start the same eleven again if everyone's fit" At least Bielsa recognised that Klich was running out of steam. I think he stayed on as late as he did because Villas midfield had gone quieter and Klich offered more in attack.
I was reading the first page on here and thinking wow, this is so negative and then, of all people, Shaks arrives all positive about our chances Thinking of this a bit like the Newcastle game, a real opportunity to open a gap to the bottom three and move up a place in the table. I would probably be more confident if we could persuade Everton to play in Claret & Blue, seems to inspire our players! Actually, I am quietly confident anyway and, for some reason, really think we will turn MU over too
Klich actually does offer more in attack. He can see a pass and is aware of teamates. Plus bielsa never seems to go for a draw.
