I reply to your request re petty EU rules. Those imposed by the 'oven-ready turkey' deal are far more onerous.
  • The loss of freedom of movement
  • The end to mobile roaming charge limits
  • No replacement for pet passports
  • No more mutual recognition of driving licences
  • The loss of EHIC cards
  • The end to appropriate flight compensation
  • The huge cost of import/export regulations
  • Time consuming and costly immigration procedure
With no regards whatsoever

Rostov's a major city, for god's sake. They played World Cup games there just four years ago, even if you don't know anything about politics!
