    Everton v Leeds Utd
    Saturday 12th Februay@15:00 | Goodison Park

Fresh from their courageous display midweek, Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds travel to Merseyside to battle Frank Lampard's Everton at Goodison Park. The Toffee's are bottom of the Premiership form guide, with one point from a possible eighteen. They have slipped to 16th place in the top flight table, one place and four points behind Leeds, and are only two points from safety.

Even with Donny van de Beek and Deli Alli making their midweek debut's (both substitutes), Lampard's team were well beaten by a rejuvenated Newcastle side 3-1. They have only won once since defeating Norwich at home on the 25th September, and are hurtling towards a one way ticket to the Championship unless their new recruits (Vitalii Mykolenko, Nathan Patterson, Anwar El Ghazi, Donny van de Beek and Deli Alli) can make a difference.

Given their display against Villa, Marcelo Bielsa may decide to stick with the same starting XI against Everton, meaning that Dan James will once again lead the line in Patrick Bamfords absence, Stuart Dallas continuing at left back, Koch joining Klich and Rodrigo in midfield and Messtrs Sruijk and Llorente at centre back.

Crysencio Summerville will be promoted back to the first team squad after missing out midweek due to U23 duties on Monday evening, but is not expected to start. He is likely to be joined by Adam Forshaw, Joe Gelhardt, Jamie Shackleton and Leo Hjelde on the bench.

Frank Lampard must decide whether to recall Dominic Calvert-Lewin after dropping him to the bench midweek.

We need to learn from the Newcastle game. After the performance yesterday we will be odds on to spank Frank but we need to put in the same performance we did against Villa. Everton are nowhere near the quality of Villa but they do have players who can hurt us if we're below our best.
    Not another Newcastle!! Please

Everton have got to be one of the worst sides in the premiership from what i have seen, now coached by the worst manager in the PL, i was realy surprised he got the job with his credentials, actually what credentials ? apart from the spygate thing in the championship, what else has he achieved, i guess he played his part in the Derby downfall, and despite the wealth of talent in the Chelsea side, achieved what ? thats right f*** all, i actually thaught Everton would have set their sights a lot higher than they did, and now Fat Frank will condemn them to the championship for the first time in a hundred years or so, if i was an Everton supporter i would be extremely worried.

Frank Lampards Everton that is what we will hear on the commentary. Same as his Derby they will fawn over him again. Well i for one hope he gets them relegated and i hope some of our players remember him. We owe him one and revenge is a dish best served cold.

Hand on heart have to say I think Everton will win this one.

As always a point away from home would be a good result and I'd happily take that right now.

Bollox to that, about time we put this to an end, just like we did with the 'can't win in london' hoodoo.
Plus Raphinha owes us a world class performance.

I had us down as zero points against Villa and a point possibly three against Everton but then I’m near the bottom of Gessa’s prediction league

MB, tends to stick with a side that performs well, so can't see any changes for this one. Everton don't appear to have the same quality in midfield as Villa, VDB will probably need a few games to get up to speed, not sure if Gray will play after going off injured, if not that will be a bonus.
With 6 goals in our last 2 aways, although we conceded 5, we seem to be performing better away than at home, less pressure, more open games, perhaps. I Will be very disappointed if we don't come away with at least a point from this.

Personally I'd bring in Forshaw for Klich, it was relentless Wednesday night, not that he had a bad game but will he last another 90 minutes?

Agree with all that - the Villa midfield was very good and the play for their goals showed it. Everton don't have that.
