If he thinks we are going to pay 50k a week in league 1 he is more of a moron than originally thought. If someone is asking for 50k to manage in league 1 they don't want to get back into management, not that I believe those numbers.

 

Ridiculous in the first place, no wonder so many thought it was happening.

I vouched for deodrant2 and I still believe the stuff he posts but sometimes things can change. I genuinely believe Keane did say yes to us but then changed his mind after the utter farce from the club.

As much as I dislike Keef, he’s usually spot on.

 

This is the last time I will let myself get carried away until its signed sealed and delivered. Egg on multiple faces through no doing on their own. But you can't beat a "scarf above the head" picture.

 

Why until the end of the season? Give him 18 months with an option of an extra year.

 

Sounds like this is what scuppered it with Keane. Club or Speakman reluctant to commit to a manager.

I would be surprised if Keane dropping out is anything to do with money ..far more likely personalities or structure related or both .

 

So he's got 15 games to impress the owners and the fans. Good incentive. Best of luck to the bloke and I wish him well and hope his 16th competitive game will be in the Championship!

 

It’s in our interests, if he gets us promoted we renegotiate or get a better manager for a higher league, if he’s **** we pay no compo and let him go, easy and good business sense, not that they’ve showed much of that this last two weeks.

 

It’s an absolute disgrace. Just give him a year and a half. Asking for trouble.

 

Well they've done it. I'm now one of those fans who won't go back until/if ever we're back in the prem. I'm in utter disbelief at the way they've managed to be worse than madrox (unless it is still madrox??????)

 

What's with the 3 months? It shows no faith in the new guy straight away for me. I
