Completely agree - like I say I wasn’t being difficult I’d have wanted Speakman to know tonnes more candidates than we do. And pull somebody out like that McKenna who’s gone to Ipswich (for example)
A lot of journalists have acted like its done. When it wasn’t. I hope they’re questioning their sources. Because unless Keane has breached contract, it was never done.
Does anyone actually know that Keane was offered the job? Maybe. But the people running the club would not be first in line of people to trust. The place is an utter shambles. A badly imbalanced team after two windows, pitch like a ploughed field, mates being appointed, ticket office a shambles if anything is not standard, a pretentious blowhard " in charge" and a pathetic and amateurish search for a manager having sacked the former man with no idea of how to replace him. I'm not sure I'd believe them if they told me it was Thursday. If this had happened under the two chancers there would be demands for all sorts.
Ive heard that we refused to match Keanes punditry wages thats why he pulled out . Not sure how true that is though?
Sorry mate. Can not post anything other unfortunately. Even though, I love the club, they have to be held accountable for pathetic senior leadership.
well all the journalists saying it’s not keane are saying he was offered the job. So if we believe it’s not keane we should logically also believe he was offered it.
Ross Gregory who posted on twitter about the Keane news is stating the club have a third “wildcard” alternative to McCann and Neil. Anyone any info?
they might have asked we only hear about the ones they interview. The ones who turn down an interview don’t get mentioned
I’m really Not surprised, he’s no different to the chuckle brothers. Shown absolutely no ambition to date. Defoe is just another stunt to add numbers to the gate and that’s going to backfire here.
I've only read the report in the Telegraph. In that they say that it is not clear he was offered the job. I doubt any of them know a thing. We will never know probably, but whatever Keane might or might or not be, he is straight forward. The polar opposite of the man effectively running our club.
