If i had my way anyone who glued themselves to something i would just cone the area off and leave them to it. The skin usually sheds superglue after about 3 days so it would give them time to think about their actions.

Human right to glue yourself, nature to take it's course however long that is

I would seriously do this.
The conversation would probably go something like

Twonk.........this is a peaceful protest and i am within my rights
Me.......of course sir/madam/whatever you identify as, and it's your human right to do so, we will not abuse that right by using solvent on the glue. We will place a few cones around you to protect you from traffic and i will make sure a squad car drops by every couple of hours (if they are not all busy) to make sure you haven't been molested in any way.
