And of course City's entry to the 2014/15 CL will depend on financial results from 2011/12, 12/13 and 13/14. So if they haven't got their financial house in order within two years they will be pretty badly ****ed if UEFA sticks to its guns.

I have to say I personally reckon City will be able to do it, although it will probably require the squad to be trimmed and a net transfer budget of around £20 million a year for a fair few years unless the club has the profile to support higher ticket prices or a larger stadium by then. And it will put them on a bit of a knife edge where Europe is concerned - dropping out of the CL at that stage could be as damaging as it was for Liverpool, albeit in a less direct way.

We know you all get nose-bleeds if you have to go past Watford (now that's a bit mean Hemel Hempstead then!) :) Anyway after Newcastle they all become Scrotes!

Just typified by the sign that used to be at the begining of the A1 - HATFIELD followed by THE NORTH!

    this is actually easy.

    1. rvp will get injured. its as inevitable as snpw on ben nevis.

2.rooney will blow hot and cold all year, thats the usual. he'll be up there within 5-6 goals by thened but his reocrd on average doesn't suggest it.

    3. torres isn't going to las tthe whole year without an injury. they are already looking after him with drogba coming in. if the guy plays for spain oh oh...

    4. Aguero. he's the guy to watch....

    5. Dzeko. as night follows day so will issues follow bad-on-telly... so dzeko will elad the line at city and get a bucket load of chances.

city to lead the charts with aguero and dzeko

Ba! While all the rest are rotated for CL games Demba will keep banging them in week in week out in the league.
