At the moment I really don't care who we appoint as the club have well and truly ****ed up with the way they have gone about things. The promising season has totaly imploded again.
Putting blame or whatever to one side, KLD and Speakman have managed to take us to our lowest ever point as a club. Considering who they took over from, and that they’re over a year in, that’s some effort.
They just need to announce McCann or Lennon now, it’s probably going to happen sometime, when really Speakman should be picking up his P45
I believed when KLD first took over he should of dug into his £2,000,000,000 and bought quality established championship players to get us out of league one and then start with the system we are on now, he didn’t and you can see where we are now, so I can’t see the point of blaming everyone else except him, if that’s the way he wants to do it we have no other choice but to except it.
Not being funny, but I keep seeing stories that Speakman is a bit of a tit and not liked much. If that’s the case, why isn’t KLD getting rid of the smarmy bellend?
To be fair to Speakman, selling Hume and Flanagan, and sacking Johnson, were all good decisions: Not replacing them, because you want to do things like right, was disastrous.

Whoever decided to sack the gaffer without having already chosen, targeted or at least sounded out the new one needs gone, now. We all know who that is. I assumed when LJ went, we had already made moves. No. Rudderless. Absolutely shambolic. And looking incredibly costly. KLD released a statement saying ‘we felt this was best to max our chances of promotion this season’ or words to that effect. A ****ing disaster, by our latest gobshite (Speakman)
i actually think KLD would have been the one to sack Johnson. I don’t think we can be all in on hating on Speakman when KLD is quite a hands-on owner and will be the one making final big decisions on things like the manager, no matter what the org structure says
I can’t think of anyone who would come to Sunderland that would lift both the fans and the players like Keane (and when I say lift the players I mean feckin drag them up by the collars!)
He will have made the decision, on his DOF advice. I agreed we needed to change it. To leave it vacant, at this stage of the season, unforgivable.

yep. And if it’s vacant because keane is playing hardball or messing us about then I will cut them some slack. The fact all the ITKs have said it’s Keane since last week would suggest that we made our decision quite quickly. if the delay is due to us following a process like Speakman and Nixon and Hope say - that’s unforgivable
Yeah I kind of agree. Even losing Flanagan for a ‘massive ****er who heads the ball away’ seemed like fan appeasement.
