By default and within the realms of paradox. I agree we should agree. Without that agreement we shouldn’t agree. But we do. So we are in harmony.
A very NUFC story. Most exciting transfer window we can remember in recent history, local lad returns home, can't wait to make is debut in front of the home fans as our new starting CB, all his family at the game...oh wait, infected toe
I hope he sticks him straight in, we’ve no idea what will happen but neither do Everton - they can **** themselves and commit 2 players in a panic over an unknown quantity for who knows how many minutes … and we get an element of surprise. Could backfire - but I’ve got us relegated anyway so I don’t give a ****! Chaaaaaarrrrrrrge!!!
Yeh I arrived in Sao Paolo early morning after about 25hrs from KL via Istanbul and still managed to spend the day getting pissed and then going to England - Uruguay in the afternoon and lasting the whole 90minutes.
Have you seen the games we have at the end of the season? We need as many points on the board as possible before the final 4 games.,
It doesn't matter when we get the points... The fixtures are irrelevant. We could beat a bigger team and lose to a smaller one. I have more confidence that Burnley and Watford will lose tonight than us winning
Yes but we can be realistic and realise that it's far more likely we'll get points against lesser teams than bigger ones, which is why we should be worried if we lose against the likes of everton. We can't be like "ah, we lost against Everton, no biggie, we could beat Liverpool". No lol. And also giving points to the likes of City isn't a big deal, but giving points to relegation rivals is the reason why some games are called 6 pointers. It's about taking points for yourself and from your rivals.
According to our fans we had no chance vs man united and we drew and we had no chance away at Leeds yet we won. It's football anything can happen and we've got a new side, so reading into previous form is now a waste of time. If we lose this game we still have every chance of staying up. People keep saying games are must win yet we're still very much not down.
It's just a ****in points grab from now to the end of the season. Get them where we can, starting tonight. 4v0 to us, Bruno to get all four
So what's gonna be the line up? Summink like: ---------------------Dubravka------------------- Trippier-----Lascelles--Schar----Targett -----Shlevey-------Bruno-----Joelinton---- --------Maxi-------Wood------Willock
I assume Joelinton will be starting if he's fit, so if Fraser has to start that drops Willock to the bench, it should be the other way around.
I agree based on willocks last performance dropping him would be harsh. Fraser was actually good vs man united, but I haven't seen anything from him really.
I think Willock needs a chance to play when Bruno is in midfield, as this should free him up to be more attacking, and get back into the scoring player than he was last season. Since Howe has come in Fraser has definitely improved, and seems to work very hard these days. I just think he needs to be a bit more dynamic; he had a very good goals return in the Prem at Bournemouth for a winger, and isn't getting goals for us, at a time where we really need them from all over the team.
