One poster saying it's done, another saying Manchester journos are the ones saying he's turned it down. Can't believe anybody!
Oh I get it discussion out the window tonight is it? That's good to know! The point I was making is any manager that believes in his abilities shouldn't be arsed about contract length (unless its half a season job!). I know there is a pay off for being sacked but let's be fair it's league 1 it's not going to be that lucrative. Come in on 18 month contract do well and a bump in wages and 3 or 4 year contract will be on the table in about 10 - 12 months!
No because he's literally said himself he has decided and learned that he prefers the coaching side and wants to do less of the contract stuff etc.
The claim, and subsequent posts, about offering Keane a minimal contract are based on virtually nothing ... ... as is suggesting we should play without a keeper.
Surely not? What time did they put that article out saying The 2 clowns are still in charge? Would make that totally pointless
I’d be absolutely amazed if we announce the new man at 10pm when it can be done at prime time in the morning and hopefully give the lads a boost on match day. Not a sleepless night thinking they’re gonna get nutted off Keano in the morning.
Probably announced next Tuesday or something but at least the 'after 10' they posted would be correct.
As I said after that. Is discussion out the window tonight? I know nothing as I have no connections and know no one remotely connected to the club 1st or 15th hand. I don't actually think he has turned it down but the point is I don't know.
