The atmosphere at Bolton was terrible but people were stunned into silence, the players at Cheltenham will be able to hear every word ... ... mistakes are one thing, shirking on the pitch won't be tolerated.
I haven't and wouldn't argue with anyone that's not...keen on Keane because it's understandable. He's a big, divisive character who made mistakes last time. All I can go on is my gut feeling and it's telling me he's exactly what this squad at this point in the season needs.
Well it's a must win or bust again, we've been saying that for weeks now and I've no idea which Sunderland are going to turn up, more sadly I don't think our back room staff know either. Good luck to the travelling support, thanks again RTB.
We absolutely must win this game and the effort from the lads needs to be massively improved. I agree with the lineup as well, we need to freshen it up. HTL
If it's same team, formation and tactics and we win 5-0 it means........ oh , I just don't know what it would mean.
That's the team we should have started with on the weekend. If we go with that and an attacking mind set we should win it.
That's just evil - everyone knows and appreciates you need 5 or 6 pints to anesthetise you before watching our shower of **** these days
another great insight and thread RTB after the kick in the nads Saturday im cautious on this one, Without Kean or a figurehead to guide us i think we will be overun again,we need a saviour to step forth and produce what has been needed all season, a will to win and playing like we are capable of it. head says stuffed again heart says some ****er please shine a light for these blind fekkers to follow
Thanks again RTB., and once again I repeat myself and say your team is what I would go for, just a shame Dodds didnt feel the same way. But he might have remenbered what happened to Robbie Stockdale and played safe, who knows. Whatever, I think its the play-offs now for us, unless there's a miracle round the corner, but miracles do happen sometimes. OaU
Cheltenham were an absolute disgrace when they came up here, but the same can be said about Doncaster when we played them away… I fear the worst.
Like a few others I'm waiting to see who is in the dugout for tomorrow before even really thinking about the game. I don't like all the personal abuse that's being chucked at Dodds etc but he isn't a team coach. Plus we have one of those "it's all about me" referees for the game so fully expect a ridiculous decision or two...not in our favour obviously.
Gone for chelts win based on the fact that twat Drysdale is ref and also the ability for SAFC to keep punching fans in the bollocks just when a glimmer of hope surfaces.
If he picks the same team we are done for, especially with this ****y lopsided back 5 or whatever the **** it was supposed to be Get Clarke and Roberts on the wings, Defoe in from the start and let's have them
Now that most people are expecting us to lose again it will be typical Sunderland if we win by 4 or 5.
