Not good if Senegal go on to lose this. I feel like Mane needs it more for his confidence, though Salah needs it more for his ego.
in fairness salah's last penalty was worse. Salah leathers them like that and gets away with it quite a lot. Mane went over totally unnecessarily to the egypt keeper and points at corner cos salah is talking to keeper. Should have stuttered it and let keeper fall down there.
mane could have a hat trick now. two very good crosses and he's not really gambling on them, misses both. the pattern matches all the games before for egypt Hanging on already, Senegal are forcing it a bit too much and egypt will be patient and wait for the one chance to fall.
Salah hasn't stopped at the ref all game. I'm amazed given he hardly ever does it for us. Mane got nailed by two there and salah's in to distract the ref.
I reckon this is the end of Mane and Salah No way can they play in the same side after this if there was previous between the two imho
I’m afraid so. Senegal have played the better football so I hope they win it. That pen miss will not matter to Mane either if they walk away with the win.
