If Nev did ever vote Tory - which he didn't - then it was only once - but he never did - and if he had it would only be in a local village election for a very nice Tory who was up against a complete knob. Not that that would ever happen as Nev wasn't at that particular election, and so couldn't have voted Tory - unless an independent inquiry finds that he did in fact vote Tory, in which case he did.
