We seem to have a bigger squad this season but we still only have a limited first team choice. Some fringe players doing their chances no good.

Let’s get Armstrong (bad), Walcott (ineffectual) and Small (cumbersome) off and bring on some proper players.

I don’t know what Ralph was thinking. Even if we were up against non-league Kidderminster like West Ham that line up would be ridiculous. Let alone against a decent championship side

I am so angry with Ralph. We're playing with 10 thanks to him picking Walcott.

 

If he wanted to play a weakened team why play Tino?

 

Can see why some think his future is at CB. He's a large adult son of a LB.

Did put in a rather tasty cross late in the half, though.

 

Small made a good run and an ok cross run at pace, seems to take time to get up to full speed. I'd keep him on though.

 

I just don’t get why we signed him.

 

Yeah Walcott was good for about 5 games but very disappointing since then.

But we all have known that for a while. Playing Long, Walcott as well as two very young full backs is suicidal imo.

At least keep Romeu JWP pivot if you’re doing this. It’s crazy

 

Looks like Stuart Armstrong will be on at HT.

 

I love Ralph, but he has got this one very wrong.

Still, he has time to make it right and reverse the mechanism this half.

 

Start by bringing Armstrong S on for Theo and see if it improves the supply to the front line.
Give Long and AA 15 minutes to click then switch for Broja and Che.
Switch sooner if we ship a second.

 

We're going to destroy them 2nd half, please.
