I'm very interested to see how Dodds sets the side up tomorrow. Will Roberts, Pritchard and Clark play? Where does Embo fit in. Will Gooch still get in. Winchester at RB or CM with Hume coming in. We have a load of options

 

Embleton is due a rest. He was anonymous against Bolton and with Pritchard fit it’s a no brainer

 

Pritchard definitely plays if he is fit.

 

If he was fit for Bolton he'll definitely play tomorrow.

Even if he and Defoe are only half fit they should start, let's go for it from the start and get the crowd back on side.

 

I’d be shocked to see Defoe start… Certainly wouldn’t be against it.

Defoe starts for me what better way to get of the mark then against bottom of the league.

 

Aye, Doncaster are absolutely lifting - won’t get a better chance to score this season.

 

The club have allowed Defoe quite some airtime, and allowed him to promote the game ...

... I think the decision has already been made to start him.

If it was Rotherham you might have a doubt but, as you say, if he can't score tomorrow I'll be surprised. (No offence Donny.)

Besides, the crowd deserve to see him start after suffering last week.

I can't see JD starting tomorrow. He'll come off the bench to a huge roar from the crowd to welcome him home.

 

Wonder if we'll give Neil a rest? Maybe Evans and Matete in centre mid, Pritchard ahead of them maybe.

 

Wright is still out injured - I'll update the predicted team

 

Think we'll stick with back 4 until Wright is fit. Only downer of transfer window was letting 3 centre backs go and only bringing one in. We haven't got the personnel to play 3 at the back until Wright is available imo.
