    Looks nice

The cheese has got to be oozing over the sides for me in a Tuna melt though.

There's a little bit of 'fella' about that post Luv <laugh>

    But yeah kinda

I mean oozing over the sides of the crusts, coz I can't stand those little burnt edges that happen when you're trying to get your cheese nice and browned and bubbling

    Looks nice though

I just have to nibble around those

Fine balance between getting your cheese properly browned and bubbled and not nuking the edges.

This is the sort of **** they need to be teaching in schools

Cooked tinned tuna ffs. I’m suffering from nausea at the minute, that’s just made me wretch.

Can’t have cooked tinned tuna. I’ll happily have a lightly seared fresh tuna steak like, and I’ll eat line caught tinned tuna, but just not cooked.

This worked brilliantly, carbonara but used chorizo and different pasta of course.

Yeah not bad. I’d like a higher meat to pasta ratio but yeah not a bad starter.
