A couple of days ago I put a bottle of best Champagne in the fridge, waiting for the double celebration of JD and Keano. Every time I go to the fridge I look longingly at it. My lovely lady (NO!) asked me what it was for and....thinking quickly....I said,Valentines! She looked a bit disbelievingly, and I can't look at it all over the weekend,so I'm going to drink it tonight whether Roy's announced or not!
Apparently he was on Wearside and ready to sign until something changed The obvious answer is that he didn't want to work with a DoF/SD but you'd assume he knew that before travelling.....
Another negative on Keane, can you imagine the pride the league one ****house refs will take in issuing him a yellow card!!
Think we just need to focus more on enjoying tomorrow (hopefully with three points) atm, whatever will be will be
Well I’m glad we didn’t get Poyet!! His last stint didn’t end well, did it!! Hope he NEVER returns!! Id rather have Steve Bruce. Bart
All of the terrible decisions we’ve had against us this season. I think only the bravest or dumbest would brave the wrath of Keane. He will always have the ear of the media and the thought of being dissected in public by a guy who does not suffer fools gladly may make some of them shape up ?!
No me either. But he hasn’t experienced this level of utter garbage refs. Point I’m making is the refs will show little to no respect and, imo, will take absolute pride in booking him for the little things
Spot on mate. The journos are basically out of the loop with us at present and need to justify their existence. They probably hear less and hear it later than our ITKs
OR........his reputation, personality and record will intimidate them. SAF was good at this and whilst RK is no SAF he will have seen it in action
talking of refs, i see our old mate Mr Friend has been stood down after 'that' penalty call...never expected to see that.
