Observer_Owl Watford Observer We understand whilst Sean Dyche has downplayed the links with Leicester City's Chris Weale, it was going to happen before Sven's departure An update!
I'd rather just give Bond a go on the bench as he is highly rated and is this guy any better than what we've got?
i agree. He looked okay in pre-season, and if this guy hasn't been playing, i see no reason not to give Bond a shot. (or not, as the case may be!)
Agree if Loachy goes and I hope he doesnt then , give Bond a chance , break the recent trend Sean and trust one of our kids! So when we say to potential academy youngsters , work hard here and you can get to the first team! Love or Hate MM the academy blossomed whist he was the gaffer because everyone saw that we were not afraid to use the kids! thus some applicants joined us instead of others where the would have very little chance!
We may have to! If the rumour is true - ie SL is leaving because of numpty fans & Weale has been lined up as his replacement - what happens if Weale hasn't been signed (nothing official yet) and SL goes anyway before January? We run around like blue-arsed flies looking for a replacement keeper - even if Bond is promoted to number 1 he will need back-up? Or we recall RG from a loan that apparently hasn't started yet? Or maybe we solve the defensive problem by putting Doyley in goal & recalling Hodson? Bit of a shmozzle really - caused by idiots who can't support their team.
Seen some of the crap that Scott has had to put up with , it wouldnt surprise me if he left ,although he still has a year on his contract doesnt he?
he's saying he hasn't asked to go, i believe him. Whether he goes in January or not is a different story!
Will always support the Orns,(if from afar) although am trying to get to UK more! Will still follow them in L1 and L2 as that does seem to be the direction we are steering at the mo, its either that or there isnt any direction and that I think is even worse!
I think we are looking at flogging Loach off whilst he still has some value - if he carries on playing the way he does, we will struggle to sell him! It ties up with our need to raise cash to pay off the loans....
which ties in with the changed recruitment policy , the old one wasnt bad ! really not sure about the new one !
