The Chelsea fans at work are still giving me the skunk eye. After one rant today I was told that we didn't deserve to win and that our fans didn't show any class. From a Chelsea fan!!!!!!!!! Even after I'd pointed out how pots resemble kettles he still thought we should have lost because Chelsea are a better team and the things we said to Terry, Lampard et al weren't called for. This from someone who used to brag about running with the Headhunters "back in the day" as if that is meant to excuse thuggery. District Line doesn't know any arrogant Chelsea supporters eh? Well take a look around your own board for a change. Look up the word arrogant in a picture dictionary and it will have a photo of Jose Mourinho!
I'm sure Northolt posted this on the pre-match thread, but maybe you all missed it with all the abuse that was flying around - maddog was it? Its interesting reading it again now. As others have commented, it smacks of arrogance as they expected to pass the 'minor milestone' of 6000 goals, the only question was: who was going to get them there? Ha Ha Ha Life is sweet!
