I've listened to it mate. I think he was talking mainly about the lack of consistency in the performances. Interesting to hear the recruitment dept. have been scouting other coaches as well as players,as part of their duties.
I took it as lack of consistency - big wins at home but very patchy away form. Looks like the streaky tag has bitten him again.
